STUDENT RECRUITMENT
ADVISOR

At LMA we continually strive to improve student satisfaction; our intake of students is increasing and to support this growth we have an exciting opportunity to join our Recruitment and Admissions team which covers both Liverpool and London campuses.  This role is based in our Liverpool campus.

About the Role:

The Student Recruitment Advisor post at LMA is a varied role that covers all aspects of the student recruitment process.

The Recruitment and Admissions team is the first point of contact for many potential students. Some of your time will be spent contacting applicants and speaking to them about LMA and the opportunities we offer.   You will support applicants by providing the information they need to know about selecting LMA as their chosen study choice.

At other times you will use a range of online systems to review and assess student applications when they are submitted to us.   You will interact online with external organisations such as UCAS in order to process and communicate decisions about their applications.

The LMA Recruitment and Admissions team also organise a range of online and face to face open day events and you will take part in the planning, delivery and follow up for these events.

The salary for this position is £24,000pa

What we are looking for:

If you are an outgoing, positive person who enjoys working in a team and communicating with a broad range of people and supporting their study aspirations, this is the role for you.  You will be a key member of the team who are responsible for ensuring that LMA is the number one study choice for our applicants.

Whilst an interest in Higher Education is needed, experience of working in this sector is not essential.  You may have previously worked in either a sales or customer service environment and are looking to expand your skill set in a different sector.  Experience of working with CRM systems such as Salesforce would be desirable.

You will  have the ability to work on your own initiative and to deadlines, paying close attention to detail.   You will have an awareness of data protection and confidentiality.

Most importantly we’re looking for people who have an enthusiastic, committed and proactive approach to work and who enjoy working in a high paced, varied environment.   As LMA is a growing company opportunities for career progression and training within the organisation are available.

If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.
